Estate Bengaluru (“we”, “us”) operates estatebengaluru.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or property check request: your name, phone number, email address, and the property details you choose to share. When you browse: standard analytics data including pages visited, approximate location and device type, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If you have enquired, we may contact you about your enquiry and related services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, for example with a lender if you have asked us to arrange a home loan, or with a lawyer if your matter requires one. Our website analytics are processed by Google and Meta under their own terms.

When you submit a form, the details are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and copied to a Google spreadsheet that we use to manage enquiries. Both process the data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as we may reasonably need it to serve you, and no longer than required. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@estatebengaluru.com and we will respond.
